Every Blooming Orchid creation is handcrafted in small batches in our family atelier in India using the ancient art of hand embroidery. Orders are dispatched within 10–12 business days of confirmation. Once your piece ships, you will receive tracking details to follow its journey. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on destination and customs processing. If you are purchasing for a specific event date, we encourage you to contact us prior to placing your order so we may assist you thoughtfully.

Returns & Exchanges

Each Blooming Orchid piece is created with intention and produced in limited quantities. As our collections are handcrafted in small batches, we do not accept returns on items delivered in good condition and as ordered.

  • Exchange requests may be considered within 48 hours of delivery, subject to availability and approval. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Shipping costs associated with approved exchanges are the responsibility of the client.

  • In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting photographs, so we may assist you promptly.

  • Approved cases will be resolved through repair, replacement, or exchange, subject to availability.
A Note on Craftsmanship

Subtle variations in embroidery placement, threadwork, texture, or finish are inherent to handcraft and are not considered defects. These nuances are what make every Blooming Orchid creation rare and uniquely yours.
